Welcome to Lighthouse Ministries! We are committed to serving God within Brownsville, Texas, and Matamoros, Mexico. Lighthouse Ministries is a ministry of the
Lighthouse of God in Brownsville. We believe that those who have a relationship with Jesus Christ will have a desire to serve to be "a light unto the nations." (Isaiah 51:4) When the light of Jesus Christ illuminates a human heart, that heart cannot help but express the love of Christ to the world.
As a lighthouse sheds it light to help those in distress, so must we!
Therefore,
we provide opportunities for God's people to shine their lights for Jesus. The Church in Brownsville, Texas is mission-minded church that is dedicated to outreach. We focus on training Christians in the Word of God, so that they may be a light to both the city of Brownsville, and Matamoros, Mexico.
Claudia Staniforth is our secretary at the Lighthouse of God, and would be more than happy to help you with any information that you may need.
Pastor Joe Staniforth is a missionary evangelist and the Sr. Pastor at the
Lighthouse of God. He is available for revivals, camp meetings and seminars. He believes that a commitment to the full inspiration of Scripture, and a desire to preach the full counsel of the Word will serve to strengthen our existing churches and create new ones.. You may reach him
