Going All Out for the Gospel

Our church in Brownsville is dedicated to training young men and women to be "a light unto the world." It is our conviction that we must teach younger people to "go all out" for Christ (look below). We believe that faith in the full inspiration of Scripture, and preaching and teaching on the full counsel of God's Word will, by the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, serve to achieve this objective.
The church exists as the Body of Christ, and has been commissioned to "go into the world and preach the gospel to every creature." (Mark 16:15) We are praying that He brings increase in other areas of the community where we are witnessing.

Nuestra iglesia en Brownsville se dedica a entrenar a hombres y mujeres a ser una luz a el mundo. Es nuestra convicción enseñar a nuestros jovenes a “dar su todo” para Cristo. Creemos por fe en la inspiración completa de las Escrituras, y en la predicación y la enseñanza en los consejos de la palabra del Dios. What We Believe
1. We believe in one God-the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
2. We believe that the Old and New Testament Scriptures, given by plenary inspiration, contain all truth necessary to faith and Christian living.*
3. We believe that man is born with a fallen nature, and is, therefore, inclined to evil, and that continually.
4. We believe that the finally impenitent are hopelessly and eternally lost.
5. We believe that the atonement through Jesus Christ is for the whole human race; and that whosoever repents and believes on the Lord Jesus Christ is justified and regenerated and saved from the dominion of sin.
6. We believe that believers are to be sanctified wholly, subsequent to regeneration, through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
7. We believe that the Holy Spirit bears witness to the new birth, and also to the entire sanctification of believers.
8. We believe that our Lord will return, the dead will be raised, and the final judgment will take place.
*As a body of Christ, it is our conviction that Word of God is inerrant in all matters. Though the primary objective of the Word is to reveal “truth necessary to faith and Christian living,” we recognize that all parts are important to the whole. Whether our Lord so chooses to use history, science, geography or any other subject matter, we believe He has accomplished His objective without any type of error. We believe our statement is in keeping with the historic Nazarene stance, as indicated by Dr. Daryl McCarthy in his article, "Nazarenes and the Authority of the Bible."
Qué creemos
1. Creemos en un Dios eternalmente existente e infinito, trino en su ser esencial, revelado como Padre, Hijo y Espíritu Santo.

*Como cuerpo de Cristo, es nuestra convicción que la palabra del Dios fue inspirada sin error en todo su contenido. El objetivo primario de la palabra es sin embargo revelar la “verdad necesaria a la fe y vida cristiana,” reconocemos que todas las piezas son importantes para el conjunto.
